The new name reflects the company's complete focus on the coatings sector and our commitment to performance excellence. While our name has changed, the fundamentals of our business have not. The products, technologies, services and people that have served our customers remain the same. Operating as an independent company, Axalta Coating Systems will build on more than 90 years of experience in the coatings industry to deliver unparalleled performance around the world. For the next few months, we will continue to use the DuPont name and logo.
